Surrey Steps to change – Webinar Session

The Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner, working with partners, secured almost £2m from the Home Office Domestic Abuse Perpetrator Interventions Fund to commission services during 2023-25. The overall aim is improve the safety of victims by reducing the risk posed by domestic abuse and stalking perpetrators, as well as children and adolescents who use abuse/violence in their relationships and to prevent reoffending in future.

We invite you to join a webinar to learn how the partnership has established the Surrey Steps to Change Hub, a brand new collaboration of services, expert in increasing survivor safety and reduction of harm. Through attending this webinar, you will learn about the services the hub can offer, get to meet the people involved and understand how they work together for positive and sustained change. The hub is a gateway to interventions for anyone over 11 years of age using harmful behaviours in their close relationships or anyone 16+ seeking support to change stalking behaviour in any context. This will include perpetrators of domestic abuse or stalking who are arrested by police but not charged, those subject to a police investigation, or those who may have committed an offence which is appropriate for a formal out of court disposal. All services are accompanied by integrated support for survivors.
