Reporting Low Level Care Quality Concerns
Providers with concerns about quality of care should report it to Surrey County Council Adult Social Care Quality Assurance team. Examples of low level care quality issues that may not necessarily meet the safeguarding threshold based on the two documents mentioned below include:
- pressure ulcers
- falls
- medication errors
- interpersonal incidents among adults
